How To Play -  Each card has two wheels and a target number
(in white).
 
Three levels of challenge. Cards have a self-check feature (answer on back) and offer three levels of difficulty. Easy, 1 Dot cards start with two numbers on each wheel; more challenging 2 Dot and 3 Dot cards have three numbers per wheel. The target numbers for 1 Dot and 2 Dot cards are 3 through 10. The target number for 3 Dot cards is always 24.

Object:  Pick the wheel that can make the target number
(only one wheel works) and state your solution. You can add, subtract,
multiply, and divide .  Use all numbers on a wheel, but each number only
once. Target numbers for 1 Dot (easy) and 2 Dot (medium) cards are
3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 , 10. The target number for all 3 Dot (tough) cards is 24.
