How Much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
Free Shipping over $75.00
via UPS Ground Ground in the Continental USA only.

"Sorry NO Free Shipping to Alaska and  Hawaii"
Special Shipping Charge for Alaska and  Hawaii
An additional $5 will be added to all orders under $75.00
and $15.00 to all orders over $75.00 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the Islands.
 
Military Mail Shipping Cost (APO/ FPO):
All orders will be shipped by the USPS.
 
Canada Shipping:
Please e-mail us your order and shipping address (info@ELGames.com),
we will gladly take your order and contact you by e-mail with shipping charges.
Applicable taxes and/or duty charges must be paid by recipients.
All orders are billed in U.S. dollars.
All order will be shipped through U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Services).
 
International Orders:
We ship International Orders, if you can meet our requirements.
Prepayment on all international orders. Payment by Bank Transfer only.
There will be a $15.00 transfer fee.
(Sorry, we are not set up to accept International Credit Cards)

We offer UPS Ground, and USPS shipping.

United States Parcel Service (USPS)
Certain restrictions may apply around holidays.
USPS within the contiguous United States will be shipped
the following business day from the date the order was received.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes, will be shipped USPS.

Please Note:
(If your order's weight is over 2 pounds and you need to ship your package
USPS there may be an extra shipping charge.)
 
United Parcel Service (UPS):
Certain restrictions may apply around holidays.
Orders delivered via United Parcel Service within the contiguous United States
usually will be shipped the same day if the orders are received by 1:00 pm EST.
(Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.)
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
 
Payment Information:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, School Purchase Orders
and check from US banks only.
(we must receive your check before the games will be shipped).
For your protection, your orders are processed using a secure server.
As a valued customer, EducationalLearningGames.com respects
your personal and credit card information. We do not share your information
with any third parties without your prior knowledge and approval except if required by law.
 
EducationalLearningGames.com will not be responsible for delayed delivery
due to incorrect customer information.

Returns:
You may return any unopened item for a full refund of the purchase price,
excluding shipping charges within 10 business days of the date ordered; all returned items
must be in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.
All orders shipped free shipping and returned will be charged the shipping cost.  
If merchandise is received damaged or defective, please email us within
7 business days of receiving your shipment at: returns@EducationalLearningGames.com.
(No returns will be accepted without a visible return authorization issued by
 EducationalLearningGames.com on the package.)
 
After we have issued a RMA, the merchandise must reach our warehouse within
10 business days, otherwise the return will be refused . Please make sure, your return
authorization number is visible on the package shipped back to us to ensure proper credit
(a refused return shipment might incur extra shipping charges for you).

Order Cancellations:
At the EducationalLearningGames.com, we work diligently to ensure
our customers receive their delivery in a timely fashion. In most cases,
orders are shipped out the same day they are placed. If you need
to cancel your order for any reason, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
 
Chargebacks: In the event that a chargeback is requested from a customer through his/her
credit card bank, and that chargeback is found to be invalid, the customer will be responsible
for any fee Next Generation Training, Inc. incurs in recouping the original transaction. Such
fees include but are not limited to chargeback fees, chargeback reversal fees, and additional
processing fees for multiple transactions. 
 
Sales Tax:
EducationalLearningGames.com is required to collect sales tax on
transactions shipped to customers located in the State of Florida.
You are responsible to pay any local or state taxes, if applicable.

and available for immediate shipping. The availability information presented
