HOW TO PLAY - BINGO BEARS GAME

GAME #1 - NUMBER BINGO BEARS
Setting Up:
Turn all of the tiles so that the red
number sides face up. Players take turns choosing tiles and
placing them in any space on their bingo cards with the red sides
showing. Encourage children to make their bingo cards different
from the other players' cards. Players continues choosing tiles
until their bingo cards are filled.
Turn the outside ring of the spinner so
that the red side faces up.
Playing the Game:
Each player takes nine bear markers.
The youngest player begins by spinning the arrow and calling out the
number. All players check their bingo cards to see if they have
that number tile. If a player has that number tile, he places a
bear marker on it. Only one bear marker may be placed per spin.
If a player does not have the number called, he may place a bear marker
on his FREE space.
The spinner is then passed to the next
player on the right. Players continue taking turns spinning and
calling out numbers. The first player to cover three number tiles
in a row, in any direction, calls out "BINGO BEARS" and wins!
GAME #2 - COLOR BINGO BEARS
Setting Up:
Turn all of the tiles so that the red
number sides face up. Players take turns choosing tiles and
placing them in any space on their bingo cards with the red sides
showing. Encourage children to make their bingo cards different
from the other players' cards. Players continues choosing tiles
until their bingo cards are filled.
Turn the outside ring of the spinner so
that the red side faces up.
Playing the Game:
The youngest player begins by spinning the
arrow and calling out the size and color of the bear (for example, "Red,
Mama Bear"). All players check their bingo cards to see if they
have that bear tile. If a player has that bear tile, she places a
matching bear marker on it. Only one bear marker may be placed per
spin. If a player does not have the bear called, she may place a
marker on her FREE space.
The spinner is then passed to the next
player on the right. Players continue taking turns spinning and
calling out bears. The first player to cover three bear tiles in a
row, in any direction, calls out "BINGO BEARS" and wins!
