How To Play - Paradux Game - Game Rules
The aim of the game is to line up 4 of your balls in a row. But hold on a minute!
A player cannot move a ball by itself or with a ball of their own color.
Moves MUST be made with an adjoining ball of their opponent’s!
The two balls are then moved together as a single unit, in any direction. Simple rules, intricate play.

Order Paradux Game

Game Instructions:

Objective:
To be the first player to line up 4 balls of your chosen color.
 
Game Preparation:
 
Place 18 balls around the perimeter of the playing board, alternating colors.
Position the remaining balls as shown (diagram 1). 
 
 

Game Play

Each player chooses a color. The first player selects one of their own balls and an adjoining ball of their opponents. A player may not move a ball individually or with another ball of their own color. The two balls are moved together as a single unit, one space horizontally, vertically or diagonally, in which both marbles can move freely (diagram 2).

 
An alternate move is to switch the places
of the two adjoining marbles. (see bottom of
diagram A player may not make a move which
reverses the last move made.

Winning

The first player to line up four balls in a row, wins.

Don’t let the simple rules of Paradux fool you into thinking it’s a simple game.
The strategy of the game will go as far as your wits can take it.
