Numeracy Building Integer Fluency Game Description:

Numeracy: Building Integer Fluency provides five challenging, high interest games that build computational fluency with integers.  Ranging from simple to complex, these games constitute an indispensable learning aid for
grades 3 and up because of the intensity of practice.

Games can be played solitaire or by 2-4 players.  Two simple rules make them easy to use.  Players are required to explain and record the order of operation during each play.
In its most simple form, MAKE TEN, third graders can make a sum of positive 10 using 2 tiles.  Games progressively add operations.  In ALL-OPS, upper grade students combine three tiles to result in positive multiples of 10 using any combination of addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, squaring, or square roots.
Players may choose from mental computation, calculators or paper and pencil to compute the best result.

Supports NCTM Standards
