Quiddler Card Game Description:
Quiddler the game works well for both
beginning readers and accomplished
word game players. Youngsters can enjoy Quiddler because players
can win using short words. This results from the bonus for getting the
most words in any round, which, of course, is obtained using short words
i.e., zoo, is, of. On the other hand, accomplished word lovers are
challenged because of the bonus given for the longest word in any round.
The challenge
is to arrange your entire hand into words. Draw and
discard in
turn try to use those high point letters,
but don't get caught
with them
uncombined.
Quiddler is fast paced because you can play using
everyday words.
A bonus is given for the most words in each round
(so short words can
help you win), as well as for the longest
word. Quiddler is a delightful
challenge for both rookies and word
game lovers.
The object
of Quiddler is to turn all the letters in your possession
into
dictionary-proof words while leaving one stray card as a final
discard.
