How Much does shipping cost in the U.S.? Free Shipping over $75.00
via UPS Ground Ground in the Continental USA only.

Military Mail Shipping Cost (APO/ FPO): All orders will be shipped by the USPS.

Special Shipping Charge for Alaska, Hawaii and the Islands.
An additional $5 will be added to all orders under $75.00
and 12% to all orders over $75.00 shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and the Islands.
 
Canada Shipping:
Please order online or e-mail your order. We will contact you by e-mail with shipping charges.
After approve for the shipping cost we will mail you the order. Applicable taxes and/or duty
charges must be paid by recipients. All orders are billed in U.S. dollars and paid by credit card.

All order will be shipped through USPS (United States Postal Services)
and insurance for your package will be added.
 
International Orders:
We accept International Orders of $500.00 or more.
Sorry, we do not accept International Credit cards, payment with a Bank Transfer only.

United States Parcel Service (USPS)
Certain restrictions may apply around holidays.
USPS within the contiguous United States will be shipped
the following business day from the date the order was received.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Orders shipped to PO Boxes, will be shipped U.S.P.S.
Please Note:
(If your order's weight is over 2 pounds and you need to ship your package
USPS there may be an extra shipping charge.)
 
United Parcel Service (UPS):
Certain restrictions may apply around holidays.
Orders delivered via United Parcel Service within the contiguous United States
usually will be shipped the same day if the orders are received by 1:00 pm EST.
(Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day.)
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
 

EducationalLearningGames.com will not be responsible for delayed delivery
due to incorrect customer information.

Returns/Exchange:
You may return any unopened item for a full refund of the purchase price,
excluding shipping charges within 10 business days of the date ordered; all returned items
must be in the original packaging and in the condition they were received.
All orders shipped free shipping and returned will be charged the shipping cost.  
All exchange orders will be charged the shipping cost to ship the new items.
If merchandise is received damaged or defective, please email us within
7 business days of receiving your shipment at: returns@EducationalLearningGames.com.
(we will contact the manufacturer and have them send you a new item)
 
After we have issued a RMA, the merchandise must reach our warehouse within
10 business days, otherwise the return will be refused . Please make sure, your return
authorization number is visible on the package shipped back to us to ensure proper credit
(a refused return shipment might incur extra shipping charges for you).
(No returns will be accepted without a visible return authorization issued by
 EducationalLearningGames.com on the package.)
