Wonder Stars Super Kit
Description:
KA-BOOOOM! The
Universe began about 15 billion years ago with a
tremendous explosion called the "Big Bang." We've captured a miniature
Big Bang explosion in this package of glow in the dark stars. When you
open it you can
transform your ceiling or wall into a universe complete
with glowing
galaxies
and dazzling constellations!
SPACE FUN:
- The Greeks and Romans named constellations after heroes in their
stories of gods and goddesses.
- The constellation Ursa Major (also known as the Big Dipper) means
"great bear." In Greek mythology, Hera, the queen of the gods, was
jealous of a young woman named Callisto. Zeus, the king of the gods,
changed Callisto into a bear to keep her safe.
- The constellation Ursa Minor (the Little Dipper) means "small bear."
Callisto's son, Arcas, was out hunting and saw a large bear. He didn't
know it was his mother. Zeus didn't want Arcas to shoot his own mother
so he turned him into a small bear.
- Riddle: Why is the universe expanding?
Answer: It needs more space.
