Word Mates Classification Game
Description:
Expands understanding of words and how they relate to other words. Eight
sets of color-coded tiles, each with six categories, offer a wide range
of practice at several reading levels: 2 first grade sets, 3 second
grade sets, and 3 third grade sets. use the peach tiles to identify
parts of speech - nouns, verbs, adjectives, and pronouns.
Players spin, draw, and place tiles. The winner is the player with the
most completed groups (name + three words) when all the tiles have been
played. Two games can be played at the same time! Two players per game!
